For Dawn Frentz, becoming a REALTOR® was a matter of necessity. In 2004, her family decided to downsize and sell their first home. They interviewed top agents, selected one, and had a poor experience—the home didn’t sell and they risked a large cancellation fee should they switch agents. “During the last two months of that listing agreement, I got my real estate license, and as soon as I could, I listed the home and sold it myself in three days,” Frentz says. From that moment, she became hooked on real estate and has been a full time REALTOR® since 2005. She derives great satisfaction from using her experience to remove the stress of the transaction for her clients. “I want them to have a fun, positive experience,” she says. “Many of my clients become friends. It is extremely important that my clients trust I will look after their interests first and foremost. I make sure my clients are over-educated so there are no surprises. I tend to hear ‘mama bear’ from my first time homebuyers, and I think that’s why they feel comfortable referring me to their friends. I truly love providing outstanding customer service, connecting people, and helping them achieve their real estate goals.”
